Hi my name is Geoffrey Gordon and I am a NW Calgary-aholic.

I was born and raised right here in cow town and have spent the majority of that time residing in the NW. I truly love living here which is really what gave me the idea for this overdue blog.  From the Stampeders to COP, the U of C to Nose Hill, NW Calgary is a very diverse and interesting place to work and live.

Now don't get me wrong, I have nothing against any other quadrant of the city but this is the side of the tracks that I know best which makes it a natural fit to share and promote.

I have searched online in the past for NW specific things to do, information, events, attractions. etc and there is really no single collecting point for all this information...until now.  This blog aims to serve as an outlet and resource for anyone who lives in, is moving to or would just like to find out more information on NW Calgary and all it has to offer.

Updates and links will be added regularly and even more importantly if you have an event, amenity, attraction or story idea for the blog please let me know.

So if you are also a NW Calgary-aholic, or even if your affliction is far less severe and you are just interested in discovering more about the area, then Like the Facebook page, subscribe to the feed and pass it on!
