Another great best of Calgary NW event this weekend as the Rock the House Run benefitting the Ronald McDonald House of Southern Alberta goes on Sunday, August 7.The event is sponsored by Apache and features events for everyone with a McDonald's Go Active 1K Walk, 5K and 10K walks and 5k and 10k runs.
The unique twist to this event is the 'Rock' as participants will be entertained with some of Calgary's finest musical entertainers, artists, cultural dancers and performers. Leave your iPod at home and enjoy this unique running or walking experience!
Last minute registration is available on Saturday, August 6, from 10 AM until 5 PM at the Eau Claire Running Room and also on event day at the registration tent at the Market Mall parking lot starting at 8:30 AM.
